Job description

We are now looking for a Tech Support to join us on-site at the Precise HQ office in Lund. Organized and efficient with a self-starter attitude, you love independently tackle challenges and see them as opportunities. In our team you will be a key player in terms of certifying and supporting our partners in the process of installing YOUNiQ – our access solution with facial recognition software, as well as managing and following up on software/hardware issues or requests reported by our customers. In order to secure timely resolution on all support cases, aligning and coordinating with other parts of the internal organization, such as Product Management and Development, is key to success. We work in LINUX and with script languages like Python or equally.

Your Day-to-Day

  • YOUNiQ overall support – End Customers
  • YOUNiQ installation support – Installation Partners
  • YOUNiQ certification – Installation Partners
  • YOUNiQ education – Installation Partners
  • Documentation of Installation Guides
  • Support Sales and Commercial with technical guidance for YOUNiQ installations
  • Technical deployment of YOUNiQ Enterprise
  • Support hardware inventory

Your profile

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a technical support environment
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with LINUX
  • Preferred experience using script language (e.g. Python etc.) to troubleshoot
  • General knowledge and interest in IT Systems (software and hardware)
  • Team oriented, with the ability to work independently
  • Analytical and a problem solver
  • Customer satisfaction oriented
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English
  • Organized and efficient
