How it works

HOST CREATES A MEETINGThe process starts when an employee schedules a visit directly in their regular calendar (e.g., Outlook or Google Calendar).

INVITE IS SENT TO GUEST
As soon as the visit is booked, the visitor receives a welcome email containing key information such as directions, parking instructions, security guidelines, Wi-Fi credentials, and more. -
CHECK-IN ON ARRIVAL
Visitors check in upon arrival using the method specified in their welcome email, typically via a QR code, at a reception kiosk (e.g iPad) or manually depending on the company’s setup.

NOTIFICATION IS SENT TO HOST
When the guest is checked in, a notification is automatically sent to the host that the visitor has arrived and is ready to be picked up.

VISITOR BADGE
If required, the system can print visitor badges that are worn throughout the visit.

EMERGENCY HANDLING
YOUNiQ Visit includes an emergency evacuation app that helps businesses manage on-site safety effectively. In case of an emergency, security managers can trigger an evacuation alert with a single click.
