The rights issue

With the approval from the Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 5, 2022, Precise Biometrics invites shareholders to participate in a rights issue.
The offer comprises a maximum of 6,599,399 ordinary shares with preferential rights for existing shareholders. Any person who is registered as a shareholder of Precise on the record date is entitled to subscribe for shares in the rights issue on a preferential basis. The holding of one (1) share entitles the shareholder to one (1) subscription right and six (6) subscription rights entitle the shareholder to subscribe for one (1) ordinary share.

Trading in subscription rights: September 12 – September 21, 2022
Trading in BTAs: From 12 September 2022 until the rights issue has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the BTAs has been converted into shares. The last day of trading in BTAs is expected to occur in week 41, 2022.
