Precise Biometrics has entered into an agreement with SystemHouse Solutions. According to the agreement SystemHouse Solutions will market and act as a reseller of Precise Biometrics' biometric recognition system YOUNiQ Access as an add-on option to its intelligent access control and burglar alarm system Integra.
In 2021, SystemHouse Solutions (SHS) and Precise Biometrics, within the framework of a development agreement, began a collaboration around the integration of YOUNiQ Access into Integra. The purpose was to further increase security in the Integra system through Precise Biometrics' biometric solution.
The integration is now fully developed and successfully tested and the parties have gone ahead with signing a new commercial agreement on sales cooperation.
SHS is the producer and supplier of the intelligent access cotrol and burglar alarm system Integra, which enables companies and organizations to protect their personnel and properties in a safe and functional way. SHS' ambition is for Integra to maintain the highest international class, in terms of safety and design as well as performance and functionality.
Integra has been under constant development since it came onto the market over 25 years ago and has since been one of the largest and best-selling systems on the Scandinavian market.
Stefan Aimer, CEO of SystemHouse Solutions, comments:
"Today, identification takes place in our intelligent access control and burglar alarm system Integra using a card, tag or an app on the mobile phone. We have been looking for a supplier that can enable us to also offer customers biometric identification as an add-on option and some time ago started a collaboration with Precise Biometrics. As a natural continuation of the collaboration, after evaluating and ensuring the integration of their software with very positive results, we are now ready to take the next step and start selling YOUNiQ as part of Integra. We see that YOUNiQ adds a lot of value to our offering and look forward to a successful commercialization of the joint solution.”
Joakim Nydemark, CEO of Precise Biometrics, comments:
"We see an increasing demand from customers who want to be able to offer the increased security and level of service that biometric identification offers. With this new agreement with SystemHouse Solutions, we can reach out through their established sales channels and market our software and functionality with all the economies of scale this means. I am very happy that we are now taking our collaboration to the next level and see that this creates the conditions for both increasing income for both parties as well as higher security and availability for the end-customer."
