When contacting Precise Biometrics through the web site to request information about products and services or support, Precise Biometrics requires you to provide the company with personal contact information such as name, email address, phone number, country, and company name.
When subscribing to our newsletter(s), press releases or financial reports, Precise Biometrics requires you to provide only your email address.

If you are a contact at one of our customers, suppliers or prospective business partners, we process your personal data in order to communicate with your employer regarding our business. We may also use your personal data to market our products and services to your employer.

You may ask us to have your personal data removed from a public forum, directory or testimonial on our site or deactivate it by emailing our Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting us by telephone. We will respond to your request to access within 30 days. Precise Biometrics will also forward the change requests to those with whom we have shared the information.
You also have the right to object to or restrict the use of your personal data as well as the right to receive and transfer your data to other companies (portability). You also have the right to lodge complaints regarding our processing of your personal data to a supervisory authority.
How long do we keep your personal data?
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
If you are a contact at one of our customers, suppliers or prospective business partners, we will retain your personal data as long as we have an active business relationship with your employer, or as long as you are our contact at that customer or supplier. If we end our relationship with our customer or supplier where you are our contact, we may process your personal data for marketing purposes for one year after our relationship with your employer has ended.
The security of your personal data is important to us. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal data submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some areas of our site, such as contests or surveys, will be limited.
